System Performance
Nothing worse than having a new computer that runs far below your expectations! This is usually due to spyware infestation or a rogue program that is sucking up processor resources. Either way the fix is usually less dramatic than having to buy a whole new system!

What would you do if your hard drive crashed? How would you feel if you lost your data - your address book, your accounting files, your emails? Usually, even if a hard drive crashes, I can retrieve all the data. Why take the chance? It is very wise to back up your data on a regular basis.
